About Edgewood Construction

Our company is relatively small; Partners are Steve Martin and Michael Parker.  

We grew up together in Vermont, and both moved to Durango in 1991.  We both met our wives in Durango and have been heavily involved in the community in multiple ways.

We have been building custom homes in Durango for over 20 years. Usually, we  complete 4 to 5 custom homes or remodels in a year that are generally in the $600,000 to $1,000,000+ range.  

Our homes range in size from 1500 sq. ft. to 6000 sq. ft.  Our company is registered with Built Green and we strive to build homes that are energy efficient and comfortable for our clients. 

As partners we are very hands on and know our projects intimately.  We also deal very closely with our clients to make the building process as easy as possible. 

Our projects are high end from the ground up, both in the quality of materials and the installation of them. 

Our employees handle all of the carpentry on the houses and our list of reliable sub-contractors help the projects move smoothly.
