Two Builders. One Standard.
Partners Steve Martin and Mike Parker grew up together in Vermont and both moved to Durango in 1991. Both met their wives in Durango and have been heavily involved in the community in multiple ways.
Edgewood completes 4 to 5 custom homes or remodels in a year, generally in the $600,000 to $1,000,000+ range, with homes ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 square feet. As partners, Steve and Mike are very hands on and know each project intimately.
Edgewood projects are high end from the ground up — both in the quality of materials and the installation of them. Our own employees handle all of the carpentry on the houses, and a list of reliable sub-contractors helps the projects move smoothly.

As partners, Steve and Mike are very hands on and know each project intimately — you talk directly to one of them, not a project manager.

Edgewood is registered with Built Green and strives to build homes that are energy efficient and comfortable for clients in the Colorado mountains.

From the design stage through completion, we create working budgets that reflect any of our clients' wishes — and deal very closely with clients to make the building process as easy as possible.
High-End Quality
Edgewood projects are high end from the ground up — in the quality of materials and in the installation of them. Our own employees handle all of the carpentry.

Steve Martin
