Edgewood homes range in size from 1,500 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft., generally in the $600,000 to $1,000,000+ range. Edgewood is registered with Built Green and strives to build homes that are energy efficient and comfortable for clients in the Colorado mountains.

Our own employees handle all of the carpentry on the houses, and a list of reliable sub-contractors helps the projects move smoothly. As partners, Steve and Mike are very hands on and know each project intimately.
